Lake District documentary series pilot

We have made a demonstration piece featuring the varied fells and valleys of the beautiful English Lake District. 

Filmed in HD and with a beautifully atmospheric sound track that perfectly captures this stunning landscape we will shortly be offering the planned series for commission. 

With the current 'economic crisis' many people are discovering the wonderful landscapes available here in their home country, many for the first time, and with sterling being favourably valued against other currencies there is wide scope for encouraging tourism, a fact we noticed when filming there; there were a great many tourists from other countries.  How better to remember possibly 'once in a lifetime trip' than by being able to recognise the valleys in a TV programme or by a souvenir DVD.

UPDATE:

Our short film 'Borrowdale', made to showcase both our idea for a series on Britain's most beautiful and inspirational places and the creative talent of our staff and equipment, is complete.  Mike Harvey has re-edited and expanded the soundtrack he wrote for the piece and produced a piece of music that so aptly captures the beauty and emotional impact of this wonderful valley that you can still see and feel the effect of being there even with your eyes closed.  I am hoping to prevail upon him to produce a recording that we can offer as a CD, as the music is quite exceptional.
